Filming pc games live on blogtv?

I need a good quality software so my friend can watch me play Garry's Mod 10 live. Any good free or not free (I willl buy I dont care) that can do that. Dont say webcam max that freezes my computer :/. Thanks in advance

I have tried with a normal camera, but that is not quite what I am looking for. I mean like a hyper-cam on computer, which just films what is on the screen. And good quality. So I like a tv hyper cam kinda thing which can film ps3 and good out put.
